Research on Strategic Withdrawal

本研究的目的是阐明战略退出的框架，在面临严峻的经营形势的行业。这里讨论了25个退出案例。大部分是为了减少企业的赤字而退出，很少有所谓的“主动”退出。基于许多失败和一些成功的退出，本研究的结论如下。企业组织能力是企业成功的关键。例如，在一个实施例中，自我学习、内部沟通和协作。

The objective of this research is to elucidate the framework of strategic withdrawal in the industries which are facing severe business situations. Here, 25 withdrawal cases are discussed. Most of them are the withdrawal for minimizing he deficit of businesses, and there are very few so-called "proactive" withdrawals. The conclusion of this research based on many failures and a few successes in withdrawals is as follows. The success or failure depends on the corporate organizational capabilities, e. g., self-learning, internal-communication and collaboration.
