A study on the assistance of activation to rocal area disaster prevantion plan and progress domestic disaster prevantion

对仙台市和新泻中越两个地区的防灾意识进行了问卷调查，并对两个地区进行了比较。在仙台，新泻中越两区的恢复率都在50%左右，尽管是随机抽样，但两区的防灾意识都很强。防灾的主要组成部分是一个50多岁的两个地区。有在两个地区的灾难消息拨号兴趣不大，不确认与家庭的通信方法时，手机不去更多，一个会议场所。灾后的信息来源大多是电视，当它们被切断时（除了一个片段）几乎不被假设。对于仙台市民，新泻中越强调了地震的信息，包括家庭谈话在内的防灾软件方面，而我强调了家具的稳定性和包括家庭抗震强度在内的防灾硬方面。仙台市民没有承担地震造成的海啸的大部分损失。

I performed questionary survey about the disaster prevention awareness in Sendai city, both Niigata Chuetsu districts and compared both districts. As for Sendai, the recovery of both Niigata Chuetsu districts, around 50%, both districts have a strong consciousness to disaster prevention in spite of random sampling together. The main constituent of the disaster prevention is one more than 50s with both districts. There is little interest in disaster message dial in both districts and does not confirm the communication method with the family when a cell-phone does not go more, a meeting place. Most of the sources of information after disaster are TV, and(except the one segment) is hardly assumed when they are cut off. As for the Sendai citizen, Niigata Nakagoshi laid emphasis on the information about the earthquake, a software aspect of the disaster prevention including the talks in families whereas I laid emphasis on a hard aspect of stability of the furniture and the disaster prevention including the home earthquake-resistance strength. The Sendai citizen did not assume most of the damage of the tsunami caused by the earthquake.
