The aim of this study is to clarify the attitude of young people to suicide, to develop the ways of suicide awareness and prevention education effective. 1000 samples who were registered to research company have answered questionnaire about the attitude to suicide. Two-factor structure has revealed by factor analysis, and image schema about death and suicide have found by text-mining. By the questionnaire which has been answered by 86 junior-high school teachers, it became clear that tasks of suicide prevention in schools. Finally, a school based suicide prevention program "GRID"has been developed
