Psychological characteristics and developmental process on generativity in three professions.

采用半结构式访谈的方法，分析心理治疗师和陶艺家的心理特征及其职业认同的实现和传承过程。在职业认同的实现过程中，重新体验了Erikson（1950）的表观遗传图式中的心理社会任务。这表明母子关系是日本师生关系的基本特征。另一方面，父子关系是美国职业关系的基本特征。

The psychological characteristics and the achievement and succession process of professional identity of psychotherapists and ceramic artists were analyzed by individual semi-structured interviews. The psycho-social tasks in Epigenetic Scheme by Erikson(1950) were re-experienced in the achievement process of professional identity. It was suggested that the mother-child relationship was the basic traits in Japanese Master-Student relationship. On the other hand, father-son relationship was the basic traits in professional relationship in USA.
