初年度の研究の目的は1)看護師は「認知症患者の立場に立ち思考する」という利他性について,どのような意識をもっているのか,2)認知症患者・看護師・家族,三者の主体的意思決定場面の調査を実施する,であった.まず、患者と看護師の関係をゲーム理論の枠組みで分析を実施した.ゲーム状況において,プレーヤーのタイプによって利得行列が異なり,相手のプレーヤーのタイプが確率的にしか推定できないようなゲームをベイジアンゲームという.患者に二通りのタイプ(同調型と非同調(唯我独尊型)),看護師にも二通りのタイプ(同調型と非同調型(信念型))があり,それぞれの組み合わせで利得行列が異なる場合に,どのような選択が均衡戦略(ベイジアン・ナッシュ均衡)となるか,どのようにすればよりよい患者-看護師関係を築けるかを静学的ゲーム理論の立場から考察する.情報不完備ゲームでは不完備情報を補う方法としてシグナリングやコミュニケーションを組み込んだベイジアンゲームも考えられる(Myerson等)が定式化はより複雑かつ現実から遊離する傾向になる.本稿では2人ゲームの特性を生かしてHarsanyiの原論文にあるベイジアンゲームのアイディアの範囲内でコミュニケーションの問題を組み込んだ情報不完備ゲームの静学的分析を試みた.
