Prediction during pregnancy of paternal roles following birth of the first child and their actual condition

在本研究中，我们采访了14位在妻子怀孕期间和孩子出生后3-4个月的第一次父亲，以阐明孩子出生后父亲角色在怀孕期间的预测以及父亲角色的实际情况。通过对问卷调查结果的分析，揭示了导致初生父亲不能或不能真正履行父亲角色的9个原因，并提出了具体的护理支持方法，使初生父亲能够在妻子怀孕期间切实、具体地设想父亲的角色。

In the present study, we interviewed 14 first-time fathers during their wives' pregnancy and 3-4 months after the birth of their child in order to elucidate the prediction during pregnancy of paternal roles following the birth of the child as well as the actual condition of paternal roles. Analysis of the responses revealed nine reasons for the ability or inability to actually fulfill paternal roles, and detailed nursing support methods to enable first-time fathers to realistically and concretely envision paternal roles during their wives'pregnancy were suggested.
