项目摘要

行動遺伝学とは,行動指標に関する1卵性双生児間の類似度と2卵性双生児間の類似度との違いを利用して,行動指標の個人差に対する4つの要因(相加的遺伝・非相加的遺伝・共有環境・非共有環境)の影響を推定し,結果から知見を述べる学問である。しかし,分散共分散までの情報を利用した現行のモデリングではこのうち,3つの要因までしか推定することができず,遺伝と環境の影響を正しく表現しているとは限らない。そこで,4要因のモデルを高次積率を使用した構造方程式モデリングの枠組みで開発し,シミュレーション研究によって,4要因が個人差に影響を与えている場合には現行のモデルよりも推定量のバイアスが小さいことを確認した(学会発表1件)。さらに,個人差に関する環境構造の精緻な理解を目指して,行動遺伝学における多変量モデルにおいて,各変数に影響する共有環境要因間と非共有環境間の因果方向推定モデルを提案した(論文1件)。また,行動遺伝学の分野でも使用されるマルチレベルモデルを高次積率を使って表現することで,行動遺伝学の統計モデル拡張の可能性を広げた(学会発表1件)。行動遺伝学は学際的学問であり,他分野の専門家との連携も重要である。今年度は,性同一性障害(論文1件)や発達心理学(学会発表2件)の専門家とともに行動遺伝学に関する共同研究を行う中で,統計モデル開発の方向性および,開発を目指す統計モデルの利便性に関して検討を行う機会も得た。
