项目摘要

平成22年度3月から23年度の3月において実施した研究成果として、2010年5月の学会報告がある。□「対人支援における消極的意義と積極的意義の考察--犯罪被害者の対人支援の検討から」2010年度における申請者の研究成果は、学会報告1つである。そこで申請者は、犯罪被害者の対人支援が持つ積極的意義と消極的意義について報告した。犯罪被害者は受けた被害の中身だけがその苦しみとしてあるわけではなく、「被害を受けたこと」そのものも、苦しみとしてある。従来の犯罪被害者の対人支援の研究は、受けた害の中身(金銭的な損失や、身体/精神的被害など)に照準して対人支援を論じてきた。それは、新たな害を与えないようにするための、もしくは今ある害を軽減するための予防措置的支援としてであった。これは受けた害が残存することを前提として構想された支援であり、害そのものの消失を目指したものではない。これを申請者は対人支援の消極的意義として位置づけ、これに対し害そのものの消失を目的とした対人支援がいかなるものなのか、これを考察することで対人支援が有する積極的意義を見いだそうとした。そのために申請者は加害-被害という関係の不可逆性に着目して、被害の消失を目的とした対人支援について構想し、そこから対人支援の積極的意義について論じた。そしてその積極的意義とは、支援者が「支援者」としてではなく、被害者が被支援者としての「被害者」としてではなく、「私とあなた」という個人としての関係性が生起することにおいて、つまり被害者に降りかかった被害という事象が支援者との邂逅の契機として被害者に意味づけられることで、これにより被害が消失することがあり、この一瞬の契機をもって対人支援の積極的意義として位置付けた。この積極的な意義を論じた点に本報告の意義・重要性がある。
