Constructing the health policy database with its statistical analyses

本研究的目的是利用政府统计数据，如病人调查、医疗机构调查、、调查数据和医疗索赔数据，构建区域医疗计划数据库，并估算医疗费用。分析了医疗卫生资源在医生数量、医疗机构、病床和病人数量等方面的地区差异，并利用DPC调查数据中包含医疗过程详细信息的DPC调查数据，探讨了评价卫生服务提供过程的可能性。

This research aims to construct the database for regional medical plan and to estimate medical expenditure, by making use of the government statistics such as Patient Survey, Survey of Medical Institution、DPC survey data, and medical claim data. We analyze the regional inequality in health resources such as the number of medical doctors, medical institutions, hospital beds and patients.This research also investigates the possibility of evaluating the process of providing health care, using the DPC survey data since DPC survey date include the detail information on the medical process.
