Video-ethnography of practical teaching: Comparative case study in high education

两个主要发现如下。不同的公民期望导致了不同的沟通方式。在法律的援助服务中，律师只能得到法律的建议。在医疗咨询中，医生不仅要提供医疗方面的建议，还要提供全面的生命支持建议，而模拟法庭的审讯场景，则揭示了当事人在常规情况下不被注意的策略特征。

Two main findings are bellow. The difference in the expectation from a citizen had led to the difference s in communication style. Lawyers are expected with only legal advices in the legal aid services. In medical consultations, doctors are expected with not only medical side advices but full life support advices.And the interrogation scene of the moot court, the strategic characteristic of the party concerned which was not noticed conventionally was discovered.
