Creation of organizing system for architectural drawings and documents apt for Japanese architectural archives.

创造战后日本建筑的建筑师们已经退休。当他们关闭公司时，图纸和其他与设计相关的文件往往被丢弃。记录日本战后建筑创作过程的资料正在迅速地变薄。因此，迫切需要建立收集和组织图纸和其他文件的系统。为了建立适合日本建筑图纸和文件的系统，我们调查了几个外国建筑档案馆使用的系统，并应用调查结果，成功地建立了这样的系统。同时，利用该系统对金泽工业大学建筑档案研究所收集的图纸和文件进行了整理，验证了系统的有效性。

The architects who have created postwar Japanese architecture have been retiring. As they closed their firm, drawings and other design related documents were often discarded. The materials which recorded the process of the creation of Japanese postwar architecture are varnishing rapidly. Therefore, the creation of the system of both collecting and organizing drawings and other documents is urgently needed. In order to create system which is apt for Japanese architectural drawings and documents, we investigated the systems which have been used in several foreign architectural archives and, applying the results of the investigation, have succeeded to establish such system. We also have organized the drawings and the documents which have been collected by Kanazawa Institute of Technology Research Institute for Architectural Archives with that system and verified the efficiency of the system same time.
