Development of Support Program for Nurses Working in Multidisciplinary Teams That Care for Children with Cancer and Their Families

在日本，对癌症儿童及其家庭的护理出现了各种各样的问题。许多护士在照顾患有癌症的儿童方面经验有限，而且没有提供这种护理的基准。支持项目的目的是通过修订“护理指南”来规范护理工作，以支持在多学科团队中护理癌症儿童及其家庭的护士。

Nursing care for children with cancer and their families presents various problems in Japan. Many nurses have limited experience in the care for children with cancer , and there are no benchmarks for providing such care. Aim of the support programs were to support nurses working in multi disciplinary team that care for children with cancer and their family by revising“the nursing care guidelines”to standardize the care.
