This study was able to obtain the following results : to explore possibilities of practical application of Parsons' sociological theory in nowadays toward reconstruction and innovation of biomedical ethics of contemporary society. It was able to be made to step forward academically in an explication of the theoretical constitution of the late term of Parsons, considerations on theoretical configuration of the concept of health as media, and reinterpretations of biomedical ethics theory. This study has a fixed and significant meaning to further academic developments for the reason to review Parsons' sociological theory as one of classics a viewpoint of contemporary society, and to indicate some relevance to it.

本研究的主要成果有：探讨帕森斯社会学理论在当代社会的实际应用可能性，以重建和创新当代社会的生物医学伦理学。通过对帕森斯后期理论构成的阐释、对健康作为媒介概念的理论建构的思考以及对生物医学伦理学理论的重新阐释，使帕森斯的研究在学术上向前迈进了一步。本研究对帕森斯的社会学理论作为当代社会观的经典之一进行回顾，并指出其与当代社会观的相关性，对学术的进一步发展具有一定的意义。
