Establishment of new lipidomics approach

我们成功建立了“TLC-Blot-MALDI成像”的脂质组学新方法，通过成像质谱法将薄层色谱获得的脂质模式可视化，这是一种新的分析技术。在本研究中，我们评估了该技术的有效性，并将其应用于生物样品。结果，我们成功地检测到非常少量的脂质，这是传统方法很难检测到的。此外，还进行了综合分析，了解脂质在分子物种水平上的动态变化。

We successfully established the new lipidomics approach named "TLC-Blot-MALDI imaging" which visualizes the lipid pattern obtained from thin layer chromatography by imaging mass spectrometry which is new analytical skills.In this study, we evaluated the validity of the technique, and also applied to the biological samples. As a result, we succeeded to detect very small amounts of lipids which hardly detected by conventional methods. Moreover, comprehensive analyses were also performed to know the lipid dynamics change with molecular species level.
