项目摘要

本研究の目的は、古琉球期首里王府の研究を通じて「古琉球」期を包括的に検討し、「古琉球」という時代を根本的に問い直すことにある。本年度は主として、(1)近世琉球における歴史認識について、及び(2)古琉球における中山王について、研究を行った。(1)近世琉球における歴史認識については、蔡温本『中山世譜』・『球陽』、及び冊封使によって記された『使琉球録』などにおける護佐丸・阿麻和利の乱(1458年)に関する記事を素材として、研究を進めた。薩摩支配下において、琉球は日本と清の双方との外交関係を円滑に保ちつつ、自らのアイデンティティを主張してゆく必要があった。そのため、近世琉球の史書編纂者は古琉球期琉球を中央集権的国家として描き直すことを企図していた。近世琉球期の編纂史料を活用せざるを得ない古琉球史研究においては、同時代史料も活用した複層的な研究が不可欠であることが、改めて確認された。(2)古琉球における中山王については、王統交代期を経て中央集権的支配体制が形成され、明への朝貢国としての琉球王国が成立していったことを背景として、対日関係において「中山王」号が使用され始めることが明らかになった。さらに、中山王による対日外交の展開過程に着目し、1575年に起こった「紋船一件」について分析を行った。その結果、「中山王」号が使用されていた16世紀の後半以降、首里王府は薩摩と対等な外交を展開していたことが確認され、琉球は薩摩に対して受動的であったとする従来の理解を再考する必要性が確認された。以上のような研究と平行して、沖縄県立図書館・琉球大学附属図書館・那覇歴史博物館などで史料調査を行った。『夏姓大宗由来記』をはじめとして、古琉球期首里王府および近世琉球における歴史認識を研究するための史料調査・収集を行った。また、古琉球に関する理解を深め、かつ研究の視野を広げてゆくためには、古琉球を基礎として成立した近世琉球に関する研究が重要となる。近世琉球に関する研究を進めてゆくため、近世文書を中心とする尚家文書の調査も合わせて行った.

The purpose of this study is to explore the fundamental problems of the ancient Ryukyu period, including the ancient Ryukyu period. This year, we will focus on the following topics: (1) understanding the history of modern Ryukyu; and (2) studying the ancient Ryukyu. (1)The history of Ryukyu in modern times was recognized by Cai Wenben's "Zhongshan Shipu","Qiuyang", and the title was recorded by Mao Shengchun, Ama and Li's chaos (1458). Satsuma dominated by the two sides, Ryukyu and Japan, and the diplomatic relations between the two sides were smooth and smooth. The historical compilers of Ryukyu in modern times have been discussing the history of Ryukyu in ancient times. The compilation of historical materials of the modern Ryukyu period is not only necessary, but also necessary for the study of the ancient Ryukyu history. (2)In ancient Ryukyu, Sun Yat-sen's name was used as a symbol of the beginning of the Ming Dynasty, and the ruling system of the central government was formed during the reign of the imperial government. In 1575, Sun Yat-sen began to analyze the development process of Japanese calligraphy. As a result, the use of Sun Yat-sen in the late 16th century, the development of diplomatic relations such as the Satsuma, the Ryukyu Satsuma, and the need to re-examine the understanding of the future. The above research was conducted in parallel with the Okino Library, the University of Ryukyu Library, and the National Museum of History. "History of Xia Family" is a historical research and collection of ancient Ryukyu period and modern Ryukyu period. It is important to understand the relationship between ancient Ryukyu and modern Ryukyu. The research of modern Ryukyu is advanced, and the investigation of modern documents is carried out.
