With regard to the possibility of health elderly people playing active role in the field of nursing care, while nursing care staff members thought that possibility of health elderly people playing active role as a nursing care manpower is low, healthy elderly people themselves were positive about getting engaged as elderly nursing caretakers. Based on the questionnaire survey conducted on both sides, and material collected by Silver Jinzai(human resources) Center, we concluded that is necessary to create a system from the standpoint of,(1) retaining experienced nursing caretakers with specialized skills,(2) upgrading nursing care sites and workplaces,(3) special consideration and innovative techniques for elderly nursing caretakers newly engaged in nursing care work, and(4) creating new nursing care services leveraging the advantages of healthy elderly people.

关于健康老年人在护理领域发挥积极作用的可能性，虽然护理人员认为健康老年人作为护理人力发挥积极作用的可能性很低，但健康老年人本身对从事老年护理工作持积极态度。本文通过对两岸进行的问卷调查，以及银金仔收集的材料，（人力资源）中心，我们得出结论，有必要从以下角度创建一个系统，（1）留住有经验的护理人员与专业技能，（2）改善护理场所和工作场所，（3）特别考虑和创新技术，为老年护理人员新从事护理工作，（四）发挥健康老人的优势，创造新的护理服务。
