平成22年度は、下記に示すように臨床看護職が実施した研究発表の吟味と専門家らによる討議を実施し、臨床家が取り組むのに適した研究モデルについて検討を行った。1. 学会誌掲載論文からみた臨床看護職が行なっている看護研究の現状25学術誌に2004年より2008年の5年間に掲載されている発表文献を対象とし、内容の吟味を行った。臨床家が第一著者である論文は205編あった。そのうち11編は文献としての体裁が整っておらず194編を分析の対象とした。研究デザインとしては、質的記述研究が38編(19.6%)と最も多く、次いで実態調査、量的記述的研究30編(15.5%)、仮説検証型・遡及的研究27編(13.9%)であった。データ収集法としては、インタビューが60編(30.9%)と最も多く、次いで観察45編(23.2%)、自作アンケート36編(18.6%)であった。倫理的配慮に関しては、審査を受け配慮した内容の記載があるものは33編(17.0%)であり、審査受けていないが、倫理的配慮の記載があるもの51編(26.3%)、具体的な配慮が記載されていないものは77編(39.7%)であった。2. 臨床家が行なう看護研究の課題と改善策専門家らの討議により、以下の課題が出された。1)実態調査・意識調査:一病棟での調査では成立しがたい。2)研究枠組み、明確な研究問題の設定が必要である。3)単なる実践の記述でなく、研究目的を明確にし、明確な指標で評価する。4)実践介入のモデルや枠組みを持ち研究を組み立てる。3. 研究モデルの提案平成21年度の成果も踏まえ検討した結果、以下の研究モデルが提案された。1)実践看護報告、2)事例介入研究、3)研究者と連携した多施設共同研究4)研究者と連携したPractice-Based Evidenceの構築。また、有意義な研究を展開するためには、充分な文献検討の必要性、人的資源の確保、臨床での研究支援体制の検討が必要だと考えられた。
