A novel evaluation of muscle-building effect in the early stage of resistance training by mechanomyogram

本研究的目的是通过肌力图（MMG）来证明神经肌肉系统对阻力训练早期的适应是否会增强1型肌纤维的肌力。5名受试者进行大负荷低频率抗阻训练，为期2周。阻力训练前后等长随意斜坡收缩时MMG波形的比较表明，1型肌纤维的肌力增强。

Aim of this study is to prove whether adaptation of the neuromuscular system to in the early stage of resistance training will strengthen muscular force from type-1muscle fibers by mechanomyogram (MMG). Five subjects were employed high load and low frequency resistance training of this study, which period was 2weeks. Comparison of MMG patterns which were measured during isometric voluntary ramp contraction before and after the resistance training indicated that muscular force from type-1 muscle fiber was strengthened.
