Investigation of pre-biomarker for social stress-inducible obesity in mice

将小鼠单独饲养，减少床容3个月。与对照组(5只/笼)相比，合并肝脏肥大的大鼠体重和内脏脂肪重量显著增加(P<0.05)。血肌酸激酶和纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1(PAI-1)水平的变化可作为社会应激性肥胖的前生物标志物。此外，应激事件下PAI-1的升高可能不会影响睡眠障碍。

Mice were singly housed with reduced bed-volume for 3 months. Their body and visceral fat weights were significantly increased in combination with hepatic hypertrophy because of lipid deposition comparing to the control (5 mice/cage). The alterations of blood creatine kinase and plasminogen activator inhibitor type 1 (PAI-1) levels were suggested to might be used as pre-biomarker for social stress-inducible obesity. Additionally, PAI-1 increased under stressful events might not affect on sleep disturbance.
