This study examined the development process of the Two Party System in modern Japan, based on new resources. The main achievements are as following.(I) I arranged for reprinting"Kensei""Kenseikoron"which was published by Kenseikai.(II) I published some articles on the development process of the Two Party System in the 1920_s.(III) I arranged the huge collections of documents kept in the House of Representatives, and made the catalogue.(IV) I interviewed OB_s of the Secretariats of the House of Representatives and the House of Councilors.

本研究以新资料为基础，考察了近代日本两党制的发展历程。主要成果如下。(I)我安排重印了剑圣会出版的《剑圣》。(II)我发表了一些关于20世纪20年代两党制发展过程的文章。(III)我整理了保存在众议院的大量文件，并制作了目录。(IV)我采访了众议院和参议院秘书处的OB_s。
