A total study of the discourse about 'Kenka-Ryoseibai'concept

本研究的目的在于解决他们如何在日本近代以来的各种话语中处理“健家-良世”概念。我特别关注如何在学术和社会的潮流中对待这一概念，以及法律意识的变化。在现代日本之后的许多话语中，“Kenka-Ryoseibai”被视为不合时宜的概念。但是，我仔细分析了很多案例，对这个概念在每个时代的变化和历史意义有了新的认识。

The purpose of this study is to solve how they deals with the 'Kenka-Ryoseibai' concept in various discourses from modern era of Japan. Especially, I made attentions how to be treated this concept in the academic and social stream, and change of law consciousness. In many discourses after modern Japan, 'Kenka-Ryoseibai', is treated the anachronistic concept. However, I analyzed many cases carefully, and got new knowledge about changing of this concept in each era, and about historical significance.
