本課題最終年度となる平成19年度は、前年度に引き続きデータベース構築と関連資料の収集を行うとともに、成果とりまとめを行った。(1)データベース構築について前年度に試験的に構築したデータベースに、暴力事件に関する記述のデータ追加を行った。事件の記述を佐藤進一他編『中世法制史料集』1-6巻所収の諸史料、『大乗院寺社雑事記』『安富記』『蔭凉軒日録』等の史料より抽出し、適宜関連する同時代史料を参照して内容の確認と補完を行った。中近世移行期の暴力事件についての主たるデータは取りまとめることができ、課題の目的はおおむね達成できたと考えている。収録データについてキーワードによる全文検索を可能なシステムを構築し、本研究の成果を学界の共有財産とすべく、インターネット上での公開に向けて最終的な準備を進めているところである。(2)関連資料収集についてデータベースに収録するための史料の収集を行った。暴力事件の事例検討を幅広く行うためにデータの数を増やすことを重視し、刊本史料についてのデータ収集を優先して行った。また、中世に限定せず、暴力事件とその解決に関する文献、あるいはより広く歴史学、法社会学、紛争処理学等に関する文献等を収集し、内容を検討して、データベース作成、及び中近世移行期における暴力事件の実相を描き出すための参考とした。(3)本研究の成果について上記の通りデータベースのインターネット上での公開を行うことに加えて、作成したデータベースに基づき、中近世移行期の暴力事件がどのようなシステムで、どのような人々によって処理されてきたのかについて、その成果を公表するための論考を現在執筆している。本研究により、中近世移行期の暴力事件処理,ないしは紛争処理全般に関して、より具体的な歴史像を描くことができ、従来の研究により厚みを加えることができたと考えている。

We will build a system that makes it possible to search the full text in the online database, make the results of this research the common property of the academic community, and make final preparations for disclosure on the Internet. (2)Related data collection is a collection of historical data. The number of violent incidents is increasing, and the collection of violent incidents is prioritizing.
