International Economic Order for Sustainable Peacebuilding and Nation Building in Fragile States

最不发达国家（LDCs）饱受极端贫困和经常经历内战的困扰，通常被称为失败/脆弱国家。在本研究中，首先，我通过考察资源诅咒现象和粮食生产问题来澄清这些国家面临的经济困难。其次，在全球化的背景下，我调查了为什么最不发达国家最近被称为失败/脆弱国家。第三，我在国际和平建设的背景下考察了这些国家对善治的需求，并认为这些需求的迫切性是相当有问题的。

Least Developed Countries (LDCs) plagued by extreme poverty and have often experienced civil war are usually called failed/fragile states. In this study, first, I clarify the economic difficulties such states face by examining the resource curse phenomenon and the issue of food production. Second, I investigate, in the context of globalization, why LDCs have recently been referred to as failed/fragile states. Third, I examine the demand for good governance in these states in the context of international peacebuilding and argue that the pressing nature of these demands is rather problematic.
