We examined the effects of the experience of regular work and non-regular work on subsequent participation behavior for married women in Japan. It is found that regular, non-regular job experience increases the probability of choice the same state, even controlling the unobserved heterogeneity and transitory shocks. The results suggest that job experience alters her ability and preference for work.

我们考察了固定工作和非固定工作的经历对日本已婚女性随后参与行为的影响。研究发现，定期、非定期工作经历增加了选择相同状态的概率，甚至控制了未被观察到的异质性和暂时性冲击。结果表明，工作经验会改变她的能力和对工作的偏好。
