We have built a programming framework for cloud-computing environments. We took a structural and extensible design approach by offering fine-grained functional components, which were encapsulated by virtual machines andcombined together by scripting to make cloud systems in a rapid, scalable, and robust way .We also provide autonomous decentralized management of the clouds by offering self-monitoring and regulation capabilities.
