Research on Training Program for Social Education Directors and Learning Coordinators

社会教育(成人教育和社区教育)的作用现在得到了强烈的期待，如学校、家庭和社区在地方社区中的协调作用，以及通过人们的相互学习来改革地方社区的作用。然而，目前高校社会教育主任的本科课程和社会教育主任培养计划还不能很好地适应当地社区对社会教育的需求，本研究提出了新的社会教育主任本科课程和专业培训计划的设计。此外，还提出了“互学共同体协调人”的新证书。

Roles of Social Education (Adult and Community Education) are now strongly expected, such as coordinative role among schools, families and communities in local community, and role of reformation of local communities through mutual learning of people. Nevertheless, undergraduate course for getting a certificate of social education directors at universities and colleges, and training programs for becoming social education directors are now not well adopted to the needs for social education in local communities.In this research, new designs of undergraduate courses and professional training programs for social education directors are promotes. Furthermore, new certificate "Coodinator of mutual learning community" is proposed.
