Synthesis of nioactive natural products having highly functionalizsd torsional structures

对具有特殊结构的多环生物活性天然产物进行了合成研究。首次实现了部分天然产物的全合成，并构建了其他多环天然产物的特定骨架。此外，还开发了新的方法，包括与硫代内酯的环化反应，以铬甲醛和不饱和丙二酸为原料合成口山酮，以及短步合成还原丙酸酯。

Synthetic studies on polycyclic and bioactive natural products having torsional and specific structures were performed. The first total syntheses of some natural products have been achieved, and the specific skeletons of other polyciclic natural products have been constructed. Additionally, new methodologies including the cyclization with thiolactones, the construction of a xanthone using chromonecarboxaldehyde and unsaturated malonate, and the short-step synthesis of reduced propionates have been developed.
