National Policy related to REDD+ had been developing rapidly. Regional government policy, therefore, shuoul be developed following recent status of national program and polict. The implementation of REDD+ activities and REDD+ policies was in the readiness phase. Demonstartion activity, a model prepared for carbon offset scheme offered by REDD+ mechanism. Developing countries still need institutional rearrangements. This study made clear what types of industrial countries assist will be required to promote REDD+ program in near future.
