项目摘要

An Asian clinical trial network must be built for conducting clinical trials more safely and smoothly in Asia, and for facilitating rapid delivery of new and effective drugs to patients. As the first step to built up this network, we conducted the international cooperative study on the current situation clinical trial in Beijing and Shanghai, China. Our study confirms that clinical trials in both cities are conducted rigorously and are appropriately monitored by audits and inspections conducted by an external authority. Based on these results, we held international symposiums in Beijing, Shanghai and Nagoya to exchange opinions.

必须建立亚洲临床试验网络，以便在亚洲更安全、更顺利地进行临床试验，并促进新的有效药物快速交付给患者。作为建立这个网络的第一步，我们在中国北京和上海进行了临床试验现状的国际合作研究。我们的研究证实，这两个城市的临床试验都是严格进行的，并受到外部机构进行的审计和检查的适当监督。基于这些成果，我们在北京、上海和名古屋召开了国际研讨会来交换意见。
