The study on thecurrent situation of clinical trial in China to build up Asian Clinical Network.

必须建立一个亚洲临床试验网络，以便在亚洲更安全和顺利地进行临床试验，并促进向患者快速提供新的有效药物。作为建立该网络的第一步，我们在中国北京和上海开展了国际合作研究现状临床试验。我们的研究证实，这两个城市的临床试验都是严格进行的，并通过外部机构进行的稽查和检查进行了适当的监测。根据这些成果，我们在北京、上海和名古屋举行了国际研讨会，交换意见。

An Asian clinical trial network must be built for conducting clinical trials more safely and smoothly in Asia, and for facilitating rapid delivery of new and effective drugs to patients. As the first step to built up this network, we conducted the international cooperative study on the current situation clinical trial in Beijing and Shanghai, China. Our study confirms that clinical trials in both cities are conducted rigorously and are appropriately monitored by audits and inspections conducted by an external authority. Based on these results, we held international symposiums in Beijing, Shanghai and Nagoya to exchange opinions.
