The purpose of this research was to construct the database of teaching practices in physical education and examine the methodology of training physical education teachers as excellent practitioner. As the results1) a model of the angle and the pattern of taking the practices on video was presented2) the possibility of the multiple lesson study with the accumulation of the whole teaching unit in the network video system was proposedand 3) the methods of supporting physical education teachers by the professionals of the field with using the network video system were suggested.
