本研究の目的は、教師が自身の授業実践を対象化し、自己や他者、状況と対話しなが自身の実践課題のありかを見出していく省察の力を高めていくために、いかなる支援が必要かつ可能であるかを、養成段階から現職研修(とりわけ校内研修)の各ライフステージの特性に応じて調査し、支援プログラムを開発するための事例研究を行うことにある。特に、今年度は校内研修における現職研修のサポートに焦点を当てた。昨年度の事例は、福島県内の公立小学校2校に加え、宮城県内の公立小学校1校における定期的な校内研修へのサポートを実践し、事例を収集したが、今年度はこれに加えて、宮城県内の公立小学校1校と栃木県内の公立小学校1校の計5校において、それぞれの学校が目指す校内研修の授業研究会の運営に関してサポートを行いながら、事例研究のデータを収集した。また、福島県教育センターが主催する「授業研究に関する研究協議会」の所外研究協力員として2度にわたって講師を務めた。研究協議会においては、校内で同僚の授業を見合い、授業を協働的に研究するための条件整備について、県内の小中学校の校長・教師ら・指導主事らと協議し、校内研修を取り巻く現状の課題について聴き取りをした。今回かかわった学校においては、校内研修において定期的に授業を見合うことは徐々に浸透しているものの、授業後の検討会について課題を抱えている学校が複数あることが判明した。参観した授業をもとにして自身の授業を省察し、授業改善の手がかりを見出していく過程に、教師のアクションリサーチの力が向上していく契機があることを考えると、授業検討会が個々の教師の授業の省察につながる形で展開されるしくみや方法論について更なる調査・研究が必要であることが明らかになった。
