The results of this research are as follows,1) About Information Ethics EducationThe author developed “The Three Layer Approach to Information Ethics Education”. And the authors developed a One-click Fraud Simulation Learning Material for Android phone Users.2) About Cyber-BullyingThe author analyzed the correspondence of a school and the board of education to the incident of Cyber-Bullying which occurred in the X prefectural Y city from both sides of the legal side and the educational side. The teacher educated to students for the recurrence prevention of bullying. I judged that it was appropriate conduct.3) About Personal data ProtectionThe author considered the relation of private information protection and an information security policy. As a result, it turned out that the correspondence tothe information security policy of a school is divided into six patterns.

本研究的主要成果如下：1）关于信息伦理教育笔者提出了“信息伦理教育三层次法”。2）关于网络欺凌从法律的方面和教育的方面分析了某学校和教育局对发生在X县Y市的网络欺凌事件的回应。教师对学生进行预防欺凌行为再次发生的教育。我认为这是适当的行为。3）关于个人数据保护作者考虑了私人信息保护和信息安全政策的关系。结果表明，学校信息安全政策的对应关系分为六种模式。
