Strategic Firefighting Operation to mitigate both the human lossand physical loss in case of post-earthquake fire

本研究的目的是阐明地震后火灾中如何采取战略性的灭火行动，以减少人员和财产的损失。（1）从确保地震后火灾大面积疏散的安全水平出发，明确消防行动和城市改善的具体措施（2）通过对日本东北大地震灾区居民或消防队员的访谈，明确海啸火灾消防中存在的问题及对策。

This study aims to clarify the strategic firefighting operationto mitigate both the human loss and physical loss in case of post-earthquake fire.Principal results of this study are as follows;(1) to make clear the concrete measures of firefighting operation and urban improvement from securing safety level of wide area evacuation from post-earthquake fire(2) to clarify the problems and countermeasures of firefighting against fires caused from tsunami by interview to residents or fire brigade members of suffered area of the Tohoku Earthquake.
