A study on the child protection legal system in the education and the sport field in Britain

在英国，为了将保护18岁以下儿童不受父母虐待的儿童保护制度（以下简称CP）也引入体育领域，2001年成立了CPSU，作为体育领域CP的专门组织。英国体育组织的CP体系最大的特点是在UKCC教练认证体系的教育计划中包含了对CP知识的学习。因此，它的系统变得非常有效，与公共认证系统的教练。此外，英国体育组织的CP制度的主题是儿童运动员的福利，如过度训练。还有一些组织为家长举办讲习班，如FA（足球协会）。

In Britain, in order to introduce also into the sport field the system of child protection (written as CP below) which protects a less than 18-year-old children from the abuse from their parents etc, CPSU was established as a special organization for CP in the field of sports in 2001. The most important feature of CP system of the British sport organizations is contained learning the knowledge of CP in the educational program of the coaching certification system of UKCC. As a result, its system becomes very effective being linked with public certification system of coaching. Moreover, the subject of CP system of British sport organizations is welfare of child athletes, such as overtraining. There are also organizations which hold workshops to parents, such as FA(Football Association).
