Foreign Worker's Temporary Employment program in Japan

对日本的外籍劳工就业情况进行了研究，主要集中在三个方面；园艺，服装缝纫和护理。众所周知，这些行业一直在遭受长期工人短缺的困扰。我们初步得出的结论是，日本的外国工人临时雇佣计划应该以现有的框架为基础，即外国培训计划（FTPs）和经济伙伴关系协议（EPAs）。虽然环境保护计划和环境保护计划虽然有许多优点，但也有许多不足之处，我们应该在此基础上，结合我们现在和将要面对的当代环境，加以改进。

We habe researched foreign workers employment situations in Japan, especially concentrating upon the three sectors; Horticulture, Apparel Sewing and Nursing Care. These sectors are well known to habe been suffuring from cronic shortage of workers. We habe reached tentatively to the conclusion that foreign worker's temporary employment program in Japan should be based upon the existing frameworks, that is the foreign trainee programs (FTPs) as well as the economic partnership agreements (EPAs). Although there are many shortcomings in adittion to various advantages in the FTPs and EPAs, it would be realistic that we should base upon them, and improve them, taking into consideration contemporary environments we are now facing and will be facing.
