This study aims to analysis the effect of financial assistanceand saving on the relaxation of poverty in China（in case of inland area and coastal area）.As a result, we found the following facts:(1)Financial assistance had a few effect step by step, but it is limited to certain area.(2)Social network or saving between family(includes migrant workers) work as their life maintaining ,made up for it .
