A study for the role of dwelling and its cooperation with other measures for the housing policy

住房是生活的基础，如果住房无法维持，就无法保障基本人权。虽然日本有超过家庭数量的住宅单位，但很多人无法维持适当的居住。虽然存在各种支持居住困难人的措施，但由于没有实现适当的灵活的合作，它并没有支持居住困难人。居住困难人群实现适宜居住，就是在适宜的区位和经济负担下实现适宜居住。

A dwelling is a base of a life, and if it is unmaintainable, it cannot protect fundamental human rights. Although there is a dwelling unit which exceeds the number of households in Japan, many people who cannot maintain appropriate habitation exist. Although various measures which support a habitation difficult person exist, since appropriate and flexible cooperation is not realized, it does not support the habitation difficult person. In order for a habitation difficult person to realize appropriate habitation, it is realizing an appropriate dwelling under appropriate location and an economic burden.
