In order to examine the emotional work that childcare person is doing, we interview and questionnaires. As a result, it is revealed that ｍany childcare person is doing some emotional work to coworkers. It is to solve these problems, the role of management is important, that the specific contents and childcare policy is shared is important, it was suggested.

为了考察育儿人员正在做的情绪工作，我们进行了访谈和问卷调查。结果显示，许多育儿人员正在对同事做一些情绪化的工作。正是为了解决这些问题，管理的作用是重要的，具体的内容和托儿政策的共享是重要的，有人建议。
