In this study, analyzed the problems and effects of grain supply and demand adjustment system of China.First, direct subsidies and price support system, contribute d to the increase of grain production nationwide, including the main producing areas.Second, from Case Analysis of hard wheat producing areas of Henan Province, import system of minimum access and wheat purchase system at the official price, do not exhibit sufficient effect for the developing of hard wheat producing areas.Third, case of rice cultivation area is increasing the part-time farmers in Zhejiang Province, under the "The system of leading cadres assuming separate responsibilities", support system of rice production by subsidies of local government is formed, and t

本研究分析了我国粮食供需调节体制存在的问题和效果。首先，直接补贴和价格支持制度促进了包括主产区在内的全国粮食产量的增加。其次，从河南省硬麦产区的案例分析，最低准入进口制度和按官方价格收购小麦制度对硬麦产区的发展没有发挥出足够的作用。第三，浙江省水稻种植区的情况是兼职农民的增加，在领导干部负责制下，形成了地方政府补贴水稻生产的支持体系，并在此基础上，提出了支持农民增收的政策建议
