To develop a new diagnostic technique for deep mycosis, we analyzed host innate immunity against fungal infection.Expression levels of dectin-1 and CD64 on monocytes from pulmonary mycosis patients were measured. Both of dectin-1 and CD64 levels in pulmonary mycosis were higher than that of health volunteers. Especially, expression levels of CD64 in chronic pulmonary aspergillosis patients were significantly higher than those of healthy volunteers. These results suggest that analysis of host immune system might be utilized for diagnosis of pulmonarymycosis.

为了开发一种新的深部真菌病诊断技术，我们分析了宿主针对真菌感染的先天免疫。测量了肺真菌病患者的单核细胞上dectin-1和CD64的表达水平。肺真菌病患者的dectin-1和CD64水平均高于健康志愿者。尤其是慢性肺曲霉病患者的CD64表达水平显着高于健康志愿者。这些结果表明宿主免疫系统的分析可用于肺真菌病的诊断。
