The objective of the study is to develop an educational program following graduate school education completion toward certified nurse specialist, certified nurse specialist (CNS) in child health nursing. I interviewed candidate CNSs in child health nursing and CNSs in child health nursing who were certified within one year on such items as their expectations for graduate school education and issues in preparing to apply for examination for certification and analyzed them. Based on the results, I created a draft educational program and evaluated the draft program by inviting instructors. Continuous evaluation will be necessary to enhance the quality of the program in the future.

这项研究的目标是在研究生教育完成后，为儿童健康护理方面的认证护士专家、认证护士专家(CNS)制定一个教育计划。对一年内通过认证的儿童健康护理专业和儿童健康护理专业的考生进行访谈，了解他们对研究生教育的期望值和准备报考认证时的问题，并对其进行分析。根据结果，我制定了一个教育计划草案，并通过邀请讲师对该计划草案进行了评估。持续评估将是必要的，以提高未来计划的质量。
