Development of educational program following graduate school education completion toward certified nurse specialists in child health nursing

本研究的目的是在完成研究生教育后，发展儿童保健护理专业的注册护士专家、注册护士专家（CNS）的教育计划。我采访了儿童保健护理专科护士候选人和一年内获得认证的儿童保健护理专科护士，就他们对研究生教育的期望和准备申请认证考试的问题进行了分析。在此基础上，我制定了一个教育计划草案，并邀请教师对草案进行评估。持续的评估将是必要的，以提高该计划的质量在未来。

The objective of the study is to develop an educational program following graduate school education completion toward certified nurse specialist, certified nurse specialist (CNS) in child health nursing. I interviewed candidate CNSs in child health nursing and CNSs in child health nursing who were certified within one year on such items as their expectations for graduate school education and issues in preparing to apply for examination for certification and analyzed them. Based on the results, I created a draft educational program and evaluated the draft program by inviting instructors. Continuous evaluation will be necessary to enhance the quality of the program in the future.
