To capture the issue of health, medical system and long term care of four local areas in Fukushima prefecture, we created the database of personal historical data at the time of acquiring and losing qualification of national health insurance and the late-stage medical care system for the elderly. Additionally health check and long term care insurance were linked to this database to provide the analysis of the issue of health, medical, and long term care for each local government.

为了掌握福岛县四个地方的健康、医疗制度和长期护理问题，我们创建了获得和失去国民健康保险资格时的个人历史数据数据库和老年人后期医疗护理制度。此外，健康检查和长期护理保险也与该数据库相关联，以便为每个地方政府提供有关健康、医疗和长期护理问题的分析。
