The analysis of linkage between health check, national health insurance, the late-stage medical care system for the elderly, and long term care insurance data

To capture the issue of health, medical system and long term care of four local areas in Fukushima prefecture, we created the database of personal historical data at the time of acquiring and losing qualification of national health insurance and the late-stage medical care system for the elderly. Additionally health check and long term care insurance were linked to this database to provide the analysis of the issue of health, medical, and long term care for each local government.
