项目摘要

第三年度は、第二年度に阪神淡路大震災未成年期被災者を対象に行った生活改善を目的としたリーフレットを用いた介入フィールド実験や、フィリピンのビコール地方において行ったインタビューによる質問紙調査の成果をまとめ、各種学会等で発表後、関連雑誌に投稿した。第一年度の調査結果から、食事や光環境など、生活リズムと環境を整える取組が未成年期被災者の心的外傷度の軽減に効果的である可能性が高いことが考えられた。そこで、第二年度に、生活改善を目的としたリーフレット『「早ね、早起き、朝ごはん」3つのお得―被災者の皆さんへのメッセージ―』を作成し、睡眠日誌と共に阪神淡路大震災未成年期被災者である研究協力者(96名)に配布し、生活改善介入フィールド実験を実施した。その結果、今なおPTSD症状が残る未成年期被災者に対して、リーフレットを用いた介入がPTSD症状の緩和に効果的である可能性が示唆された。(①)また、心的外傷後ストレス障害と睡眠健康、食習慣の関係をより幅広く探る目的で、フィリピンのビコール地方において行ったインタビューによる質問紙調査(2006年11月発生の地滑り災害被災者88名を対象)の結果、被災者のPTSD症状は, 朝食時にタンパク質を多く摂取している程軽度であり, 朝食内容充実によるPTSD症状緩和の可能性を示した。(②)①の成果はNatural Science (Vol. 6, p. 338-p. 350, 2014)に掲載され、②の成果はヨーロッパ時間生物学会議(European Biological Rhythm Society, XIII Congress, 18-22 Aug 2013, Munich, Germany)で発表した。また、本プロジェクトの基礎研究にあたる成果もJournal of Circadian Rhythms (2013,11:4)に掲載された。
