项目摘要
In protein processing system, SPC18, but not SPC21, regulated secretion of EGF and TGFαby cancer cells and activated EGFR. SPC18-positive gastric cancer patients, monitored by immunostaining using anti-SPC18 antibody produced by our laboratory, showed worse prognosis. Down-regulation of miR-143 by DNA methylation regulated TGFβexpression.
