As part of the work to verify the history of the international exchange in pre-modern East Asia from the point of view of the Korean history, the author has systematically demonstrated the major traffic route that had defined the exchange between the Medieval Korea and the Neighbors. Priority issues are the following four items. (1) The transition of sea route used by the mission ship between early Goryeo and Song: to the Jiangnan route from the Shandong route. (2) The diversification of sea route between the late Goryeo and Yuan: the Jiangnan route, the North China route, and the Liaodong route. (3) The transition of land traffic routes leading to Beijing: The official post-station route inland <the Yuan period> and the private route passing through coastal areas <the Jin-Yuan-Ming period>. (4) The transition of the bases for contact with Japan: Kimhae <the early Goryeo> - Happ'o <the late Goryeo> - Samp'o <the early Choseon>.

作为从朝鲜历史的角度来验证近代东亚国际交流史的工作的一部分，作者系统地展示了中世纪朝鲜与邻国之间交流的主要交通路线。优先问题是以下四个项目。(1)高丽初年至宋朝间使命舰所使用的航线的过渡：从山东航线到江南航线。(2)高丽晚期与元朝之间海上航线的多样化：江南航线、华北航线和辽东航线。(3)通往北京的陆路交通路线的过渡：内陆的官方驿站路线<the Yuan period>和经过沿海地区的私人路线<the Jin-Yuan-Ming period>。(4)对日交往基地的变迁：金海<the early Goryeo>-八浦<the late Goryeo>-三浦<the early Choseon>。
