This study focuses on the history of Japanese capital market and Japanese-style management system in the pre-war period. Firstly, I created database on Japanese capital market. Secondly, I studied the history of the capital market in pre-war Japan, and in particular the reform of securities market during World War II. And thirdly, I analyzed Japanese corporate behavior and organization before and after World War II.

本研究的重点是战前时期日本资本市场的历史和日式管理体系。首先，我创建了日本资本市场的数据库。其次，我研究了日本战前资本市场的历史，特别是二战期间的证券市场改革。第三，我分析了二战前后日本企业的行为和组织。
