In this study, we developed a psycho-education program for the prevention of eating disorders and abnormal eating behaviors. Moreover, though this program, we examined the effects of preventing eating disorders and abnormal eating behaviors on female college and vocational school students. The results of this study suggest that this program is effective in reducing body image dissatisfaction. Further, in the process of reducing body image dissatisfaction, diet behavior and abnormal eating behavior can also be suppressed.

在这项研究中，我们制定了一项心理教育计划，用于预防饮食失调和异常饮食行为。此外，通过该项目，我们还研究了预防饮食失调和异常饮食行为对女大学生和职业学校学生的影响。这项研究的结果表明，该计划可以有效减少对身体形象的不满。此外，在减少身体形象不满的过程中，饮食行为和异常饮食行为也可以得到抑制。
