We have been working on digital exhibitions of Japanese cultural heritage. We tried to develop "common" software of digital contents. "Common" means "highly reusable" here. First we analyzed Japanese materials to categorize, then designed and developed how to show and functions of software for each type of category. By using this software, humanity researchers or curators who produce exhibitions can build digital contents without programming. We developed various of works at real exhibitions in our institute and substantiated high reusability of our common software.
