项目摘要
We studied on the effective promotion of the retention and human development of employees in farm business by empirical analysis based on the theory of human resource management(HRM).As a result, we clarified the following things. The improved treatment of the employee reduces a job turn over rate, but improvement of OJT and the ability development of the human resources are necessary. The factor to contribute to operation awareness of the employee most is job satisfaction. The farm internship can enhance the effect of the human resource management, but it is difficult to balance employment realization with the satisfaction of the participants.
本文以人力资源管理理论为基础，通过实证分析，研究了有效促进农场企业员工的保留和人力发展。因此，我们澄清了以下几点。员工待遇的改善降低了员工的离职率，但提高OJT和人力资源的能力发展是必要的。对员工经营意识影响最大的因素是工作满意度。农场实习可以增强人力资源管理的效果，但难以平衡就业实现与参与者的满意度。
