For a physician, communication with patients, their families and other medical professionals is essential. Our research was on communication education program in medical schools selected by MEXT as GP. We obtained information and conducted semi-structured interviews concerning objectives, learning strategies and assessments of each program. The programs were then categorized into types according to their objectives. Promoting and inhibitory factors were also investigated.The objectives and learning strategies were incredibly diverse but are mutually related. Most assessment methods were unsuitable to evaluate communication ability.Categorization of the educational programs for communication may enables us to find the most suitable learning strategies and assessment methods for medical schools.

对于一名医生来说，与患者、他们的家人和其他医疗专业人员的沟通是必不可少的。我们的研究是关于医学院校的沟通教育项目，被MEXT选为全科医生。我们获得了信息，并就每个项目的目标、学习策略和评估进行了半结构化访谈。然后，这些项目根据其目标被分类为类型。我们还调查了促进因素和抑制因素。学习目标和学习策略千差万别，但又相互关联。大多数评估方法不适合评估沟通能力，对沟通教育项目进行分类可以帮助我们找到最适合医学院校的学习策略和评估方法。
